The International Network of Transition Consultants (INTC) is an international consulting group specialised in change management, leadership development and collaboration processes.
Founded in 2013, INTC was born from the merger between Challenge Learning Belgium and INTC France.
Challenge Learning Belgium was founded in 1996, with five partner organizations from Challenge Learning Associates, a US-based training and consultancy network, specializing in leadership, teams and organisational development. Its portfolio of missions included both large-scale projects for multinationals and projects for local organisations.
INTC France was founded in 1998, by a group of intercultural consultants convinced that engaged employees are the key to the success of any organisational change. Increasingly larger projects gave the opportunity to develop and work on the international scene. The desire to become more robust and more international has led INTC France to set up a team of consultants from widely different horizons.
Integrating the experience, the know-how and the networks of both INTC France and Challenge Learning Belgium, makes INTC a solid partner for your organisation.
